Common questions
What counts as a minute?
Anything the agent speaks or listens to on a call. SMS follow-ups and chat messages are billed per message — see the pricing card above for the exact per-message rates.
How are SMS and chat messages billed?
SMS is billed at the carrier passthrough rate ($0.01/segment in the US). Chat is billed at $0.002 per agent reply on the Starter tier and bundled into your included quota on Growth and Scale.
Can I bring my own phone number?
Yes. Port your existing Twilio, Vonage, or carrier number. We never lock you into our number pool.
What happens if I go over the included minutes?
Starter/Growth bill overage at cost ($0.09/min). Scale bills at $0.06/min. We alert you at 80% so there are no surprises.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans anytime — we prorate to the day. Cancel anytime — your agent keeps running through the end of your billing period.
Do you charge for setup?
No. Every plan includes template-driven setup in Rehearsal Mode. We also offer a paid white-glove onboarding if you want us to build with you.
